 NAMI Offers COVID-19 Crisis Information & Support Resources

As COVID-19 continues to spread in Minnesota, people are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and other increasing symptoms related to mental illnesses. NAMI is here to help.

NAMI Minnesota Helpline
The NAMI Minnesota office is now operating remotely. The helpline will continue to operate, but please know that people will need to leave a message and it may take longer to return your call. The helpline number is 651-645-2948, ext. 117 or namihelps@namimn.org.

NAMI Support Groups
NAMI Minnesota has moved many of its support groups to Zoom. Updates are regularly made to the list of support groups. Watch for changes or additions. Find NAMI Minnesota’s online support groups.

NAMI Classes
NAMI Minnesota has cancelled or postponed all of its in-person classes at this time. NAMI Minnesota is offering a new list of free online Zoom classes on its classes page and will be frequently adding to its list of these classes. Miss an online class? We are pleased to share recordings for many of our classes offered to the community over the past few weeks. Find video recordings of classes here. Please note we are not able to offer CEUs for viewing recorded classes.
